One- to- One Personal Training
1-1 in-person training sessions to help you build strength and confidence in the gym
Includes the 50-60mins session, weekly check-in form, access to tones of help sheets and a full training plan
Sessions are £40 session and done at PureGym Sutton Times Square
Online coaching
If you feel comfortable and confident enough in the gym to not need in-person training, but still would like some help with your programming and nutrition, this is the option for you!
