Meet Jackie
Hi, I'm Jackie!
I fell in love with lifting weights all the way back in 2015 and have never turned back. I remember being extremely intimidated by the weights areas and not really knowing what to do but I never gave up as a spark in me had been ignited!
I've had a rocky relationship with food and my body since then with multiple eating disorders making their ugly appearance.
I'm now fully recovered, fully qualified as a personal trainer, and fully focused on helping other people fall in love with fitness and movement again

My philosophy
Helping you find the joy in movement and in getting strong
For years, going to the gym has just been about losing weight or 'toning up' and all about aesthetics. It's been intimidating to start going and become overcomplicated to even know what to do.
I'm here to help you enjoy movement again with a focus on getting stronger and more functional, and to take away that confusion and intimidation.
